Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Cecil Township Municipal Authority to Implement Its Project for the Village of Lawrence Sewage Facilities Project as Directed in the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of Converting a Portion of the Teodori Wastewater Treatment Plant Into a Pump Station Large Enough to Convey the Sewage Up to the New Gravity Sewer System. Other Portions of the Teodori Wastewater Treatment Plants Are to Be Demolished. the Teodori Sewage Flow Will Be Combined With the Rest of the Village of Lawrence Sewage Flow and Treated by the New Village of Lawrence Wastewater Treatment Plant. a New Village of Lawrence Wastewater Treatment Plant Will Be Built as Part of This Project as Well. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Construction at the Teodori Wastewater Treatment Plant Including Converting a Portion of the Plant Into a Pump Station and Demolition of the Other Portions of the Plant. Also Construction of a New Village of Lawrence Wastewater Treatment Plant. the Expected Outcomes Include Eliminating Wildcat Sewer Discharge From This Watershed, Provide a Treatment Facility for These Same Flows to Remove Untreated Pollutant Discharge, and Provide Capacity for Future Development in This Watershed. the Intended Beneficiaries Include the Residents of the Village of Lawrence.
