Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Cecil County to Implement Its Project to Extend Sanitary Sewer Service to Part of the U.s. 40 Corridor as Directed in the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include Construction of Approximately 2,640 Linear Feet (LF) of 8' Gravity Sewer, 2,000 LF of 4' Hdpe Force Main, 1,195 LF of 2' and 3' Low-pressure Sewer, the 0.11 MGD Peak Flow Route 40 West Pump Station Pump Station, and All Corresponding Site Work and Miscellaneous Appurtenances. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Are Sanitary Sewer Service Connection to Unserved Locations Along the Route 40 Corridor Benefitting the Citizens of Cecil County.
