Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Southern Jackson County Public Service District (SJCPSD) to Implement Its Project to Upgrade Existing Components of the District's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Collection System to Maintain Compliance With Its Permit, and as Directed in the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project.activities:the Activities to Be Performed Are the Installation or Upgrading of the Following Wastewater Treatment Plant System Components; New Influent Screen and Vault; Replacement of the Plant Pump Station; a New Aeration System, Baffle, and Cover in the Primary Treatment Lagoon; a New Polishing Reactor With Attached-growth Media Modules; a New Tertiary Membrane Ultrafiltration System; Replacement of the Uv Disinfection System; a New Storage Pump Station, an Emergency Generator, and a Septage Receiving Station. Subrecipient:a Subaward Will Be Given to the WV Regional Council Which Will Provide General Grant Administration and Coordination on Behalf of the Recipientoutcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Upgrades to Various Components of the Southern Jackson County Wastewater Treatment Plant to Maintain Permit Compliance. These Improvements Are Expected to Lead to an Efficient and Compliant Wastewater Treatment System for Approximately 720 Users in Southern Jackson County PSD'S Service Area.
