Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Greenbrier Public Service District No. 2 to Implement Its Project to Construct Two Water Line Extensions as Directed in the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activity to Be Performed Is Construtction of Two Water Line Extensions That Will Extend Clean, Reliable Drinking Water to Residents Who Currently Rely on Poor Quality Ground Wells for Water Supply. This Project Will Take Place Along Following Roads From Sam Black Church to Clintonville: U.s. Route 60, Sam Black Church Road, Otter Creek Road, Trails End Road, Hundley Road, Loudermilk Road, Butcher Lane, Flint Hollow, County Route 9, Henson Road, Landj Road, and the Following Roads From Charco to Rainelle: Glade Street, Central a Venue, Main Street, Hill Street, Hunter Road, Chestnut Lane, and Crosier Road.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables of This Project Will Immediately Address the Water Utility Needs of Low-income Communities in Rural Appalachia. They Are Expected to Lead to Improved Health and Safety Benefits for Approximately 134 Residents in the Currently Unserved Area Between the Town of Rainelle and the Unincorporated Community of Charmco and for Approximately 210 Residents in the Currently Unserved Area Between the Unincorporated Areas of Sam Black Church and Clintonville.
