Our Primary Goal Is to Establish and Rebuild Family Relationships, Enabling the Return of Youth to Their Families, Homes, or Independent Living Situations When Feasible. for Over a Decade, Cayuga Centers Has Been Providing Certified Foster Homes for Children Aged 11-21 in the Bronx, Ny, Under the Acs Program. Additionally, We Operate a 500-BED Transitional Foster Care Program and a 10-BED Long-term Foster Care Program in Harlem, Ny, Serving Unaccompanied Alien Children Aged 0 to 17
