Fatherhood First - Is a Community-based Program in Hampton Roads, Va That Empowers Fathers Through Comprehensive Services Promoting Healthy Marriages, Responsible Parenting, and Economic Stability. - Child Development Resources Will Implement the Fatherhood First Program Serving Community and Reentering Fathers in the Greater Hampton Roads Area of Virginia. the Project Will Provide Comprehensive Services Including 24:7 Dad Am(r) Primary Workshops Promoting Responsible Parenting, Healthy Marriage, and Economic Stability; Counseling on Marriage and Two-parent Involvement; and Job-driven Employment Activities. Services Will Be Delivered Through a Combination of In-person and Virtual Workshops, Intensive Case Management, and Mentoring. the Program Will Serve 81 Fathers in Year 1 and 162 Fathers Annually in Years 2-5, for a Total of 729 Fathers Over the Five-year Project Period.
