Relationship Education for Pregnant and Parenting Teens - Thriving Families Will Implement the Motherwise Program, Providing 24 Hours of Relationship Education Workshops Using the Within My Reach Curriculum to Pregnant and Postpartum Women (18 and Older) in the Denver Metro Area. the Program Includes Six Weekly Four-hour Workshops and at Least Four Individual Coaching/case Management Sessions to Help Women Build Healthy Relationships, Improve Communication Skills, and Prevent Domestic Violence. Services Will Be Delivered at Their Centrally Located Office Building in Denver, With Transportation and Childcare Provided to Reduce Barriers to Participation. the Program Will Serve 400 Women Annually (1,800 Over Five Years), With 200 Expected to Complete at Least 90% of Workshops Each Year.
