Helping Every Area of Relationships Thrive - Adults (HEART) - Avance-houston, Inc. Will Implement the Heart Program to Provide Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education to Adult Individuals Throughout Harris County, Texas. the Project Will Deliver 18 Hours of Skills-based Workshops Using the Within My Reach Curriculum to Help Participants Strengthen Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, and Knowledge of the Benefits of Marriage. Avance Will Serve 200 Individuals in Year 1 and 400 Individuals Per Year in Years 2-5, Providing Comprehensive Support Services Including Family Coaching, Career Advancement Opportunities, and Vocational Training to Improve Family Stability. Over the Five-year Project Period, Avance Expects to Serve 1,800 Individuals With 1,620 Completing at Least 90% of the Program.
