Description:this Project by the Native American Environmental Protection Coalition (NAEPC) Proposes to Expand Upon a Previously Built Ust/lust Data Management System for Member Tribes With the Goal of Streamlining the Flow of Relevant Information to Epa; and Add New Capabilities and Organizations to the Existing Data Exchange Consortium. This Project Is Expected to Benefit Naepc Member Tribes by Increasing Data Management Capacity and Capabilities. Expected Environmental Results Include Timely Access to Higher Quality Ambient Water Quality Data, and Greater Support to Help Train, Streamline, and Improve the Tribal Ust/lust System. Award Purpose: to Enhance It and Data Management Capabilities That Facilitate the Electronic Collection, Reporting, Exchange, Sharing and Integration of the Full Range of Data That Informs the Business of Environmental Protection.activities:activities to Be Performed Include: Expanding Upon a Previously Built Ust/lust Data Management System for Member Tribes With the Goal of Streamlining the Flow of Relevant Information to Epa; and Adding New Capabilities and Organizations to the Existing Data Exchange Consortium.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:anticipated Deliverables Include: a Gap Analysis on Reused Gse-ust; a Review of Current Epa Guidance for Tribes for Managing and Publishing Ust/lust; Coding Changes to the Reused Gse-ust; a Reused, Integrated Suite of Environmental Data Management Tools for Tracking and Exchanging Water Quality Data; and Training and User Assistance for New and Existing Tribal Users. Expected Outcomes Include: Greater Support for the Existing Ust/lust Systems; Enhanced Data Reporting to Epa and Internal Tribal Stakeholders; an Increase in the Number of Tribes in the Region With Processes for Tracking, Analyzing, Assessing, and Submitting Data to the Epa; Improved Tribal Capacity; and Higher-quality Environmental Data Provided by Region 9 Tribes. Project Beneficiaries Include: Existing and New Tribal Members of the Naepc Consortium.
