Phase 1 Received Previous Crisi Funding. the Estimated Total Project Cost Is $15,417,368, of Which Ordc Will Contribute $264,000 and Napoleon, Defiance Western Railway Will Contribute $4,361,211 -- Overall a 30% Non-federal Match.activities to Be Performed: Replacing Work and Broken Rail at the End of Its Useful Life, Track Reconfiguration, and At-grade Railroad Crossing Improvements.
