Engineering Design Preliminary Through Final Design Plans and Specifications. Bid Document Development Advertising Evaluation and Award. Engineering Support During Construction Third Party Materials Testing Hvac Testing and Balancing. Punch List Item Review and Reconciliation. Project Closeout Component 2 Cross Dock Facility Construction. General Conditions Such as Providing and Maintaining an Office Trailer on Site Contractors Work Area Security Electric Power During Construction Site Maintenance and Dust Control. Bonds and Insurance. Warehouse Building Construct an Approximately 48000 Square Foot Warehouse That Will Include Three Chilled Storage Bays Approximately 12000 Square Feet Each With Storage Racks Motorized Overhead Doors for Personnel and Equipment Traverse Between the Bays With Approximately 10 Truck Docks Per Chilled Bay.
