Award Purpose the Project Will Fund Two Reach Stackers. the Reach Stackers Will Be Used as the Primary Equipment for Cargo Movements Associated With the Port of Beaumont Container on Barge Service Operating Between the Ports of Beaumont and Houston. Activities to Be Performed the Project Funds the Procurement of Two Buy America-compliant Reach Stackers That Will Be Used as the Primary Equipment for Cargo Movements Associated With the Port of Beaumont Container on Barge Service Cobs From the Port of Beaumont to Port Houston. Reach Stacker 1 Will Be Used to Load Containers to Barge From the Port of Beaumonts Barge Dock. This Piece of Equipment Requires a Negative Reach to Extend From Land Into the Barge Which Will Be Below Grade. the Equipment Is Not Fully Automated. Reach Stacker 2 Will Be Used in the Container Marshalling Yard for the Loading and Unloading of Containers to Truck and or Rail. This Equipment Will Operate At-grade and Will Not Require a Negative Reach. the Equipment Is Not Fully Automated. Highway Vehicle Miles Traveled VMT - Commercial Vehicle Miles Traveled VMT Is Calculated by Obtaining the Road Miles Traveled on the Designated Marine Highway Route. Quarterly. Fuel Savings Greenhouse Gas Emissions - Calculate the Amount of Fuel in Gallons Saved. Quarterly. CO2 Emissions Reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions. Provide the Amount of CO2 the Service Will Reduce.
