Award Purpose the Project Will Modernize the Facilitys Cargo Handling Infrastructure by Paving Approximately Seven Acres of the Underutilized Rock Surfaced Area as Well as Provide Connectivity to Adjacent Storage Transit Sheds and Railroads to Accommodate Multimodal Transloading Options for Cargo. the New Facility Will Improve Drainage and Be Constructed for Multipurpose Use to Allow the Site to Be Utilized for Various Imported and Exported Cargo Types. Activities to Be Performed the Project Will Be Completed as Two Components Cargo Yard Improvements Pave Approximately Seven Acres of Cargo Storage Yard With Related Drainage Improvements.
