Stormwater Master Resiliency Plan Prepare a Master Plan for Stormwater Management Within the Port. Planning and Preliminary Designs for Individual on Port Projects Incorporating the Above Studies. Element 3 Off Port Initial Sites Selection. a Site Search Will Be Conducted to Update the Potential Location for the Inland Port Including an Initial Evaluation of Each Potential Site. Element 4 Off Port Strategies. the Master Plan Will Utilize Portmiamis Cargo Forecasts to Establish the Roles and Operational Strategies for Off Port Facility That Includes Proximity to Rail and Highway Distribution Centers Support Spaces as a Relief for Overflow From Portmiami.
