Award Purpose the Project Will Fund the Purchase of an Electric Dock Crane at the Recipients Vancouver Wa Terminal and a Mobile Crawler Crane at the Recipients Terminal in Boardman or Located at the Port of Morrow. Activities to Be Performed the Grant Funds Will Be Used to Acquire an Electric Dock Crane for the Recipients Terminal in Vancouver Wa and a Low Emissions Mobile Crawler Crane at the Recipients Terminal in Boardman or at the Port of Morrow. the Project Will Consist of the Following Three Components. Component 1 Engineering Permitting. the Recipient Will Perform Structural Engineering of the Existing Dock Located in Vancouver Wa to Determine Modifications Necessary to Support the New Electric Dock Crane Installation Component 2. Engineering Will Also Create Construction Drawings Plus Other Documentation Necessary for the Required Permits. Component 2 Purchase and Installation of Electric Dock Crane. the Recipient Will Acquire and Install an American Made Electric Container Dock Crane Purposely Manufactured to Load and Unload Containers. the Funds Will Be Used to Procure the New Crane Electrical Work Acquire a Backup Generator for Resiliency and Install the Crane in the Same Dock Location as Tidewaters Existing Crane With Minor Dock Modifications. Component 3 Low Emission Crawler Crane. the Recipient Will Acquire an American-made Low Emissions Mobile Crawler Crane Designed to Handle Moving Containers on and Off of Barges. Deliverables Expected Outcomes Performance Measure Table From Schedule G Page 12 of the Grant Agreement Measure Category and Description Measurement Frequency Freight Movements Economic Competitiveness Teu Movements Over Project Study Area Quarterly. Greenhouse Gas Emissions Environmental Sustainability This Measure Will Quantify the Emissions and Fuel Consumed by the Marine Highway Service Which When Subtracted From Total Truck Miles Eliminated Will Result in a Net Savings in Emissions and Energy Consumption. Quarterly. Highway Mile Savings Environmental Sustainability Savings Calculated Based on the Elimination of Highway Miles That Each Container Would Have Traveled on Surface Roads. Quarterly.
