Award Purpose the Project Will Improve Lighting Within the Perimeter of the Richmond Marine Terminal RMT Through the Installation of High Mast Light Poles With Light Emitting Diode Led Fixtures and the Retrofit of Existing Light Poles and Led Fixtures. Expanding the Operational Capacity at the Terminal With Improved Lighting Within the Facility Will Allow Barge Operations Beyond Daylight Hours. Activities to Be Performed the Project Will Improve the Lighting Within the Facility Which Will Allow Barge Operations Beyond Daylight Hours Expand the Operational Capacity and Improve Safety at the RMT. the Scope Includes the Installation of Approximately Twenty 100 Foot High Mast Light Poles With Led Fixtures Along With the Associated Light Pole Foundations Power and Associated Conduits. in Addition the Project Includes the Retrofit of Two Existing Structures With Led Fixtures and Certain Architectural and Engineering Fees. Deliverables Expected Outcomes From Attachment C Page 8 of the Grant Agreement Measure Freight Movements. Category and Description of Measure Economic Competitiveness Teu Movements Over Project Study Area. Measure Highway Mile Savings. Category and Description of Measure Environmental Sustainability Savings Calculated Based on the Elimination of Highway Miles That Each Container Would Have Traveled on Surface Roads. the Program Office Will Provide a Spreadsheet With the Formula Needed to Make the Calculations.
