Award Purpose This Award Funds the Renovation of a Yard for the Storage of Refrigerated Containers and Gate Access System Modifications and Improvements at the International Marine Terminal Imt. Activities to Be Performed the Project Includes the Following Components Component 1 Engineering and Construction Management Pre-construction Design and Engineering of Imt Freezer Container Area Renovation. Construction Phase Engineering. Construction Inspections. Component 2 Imt Freezer Container Area Renovation Excavation and Removal of Existing Pavement and Addition of New Sub Base and Pavement. Renewal of Catch Basins and Drain. Removal of Several Electrical Pedestals and Replacement of a Portion of Fencing. Component 3 Imt Gate and Access Modifications Replace the Facilitys Sliding Chain Link Gates at Gate 1 With Two Bi-fold Speed Gates One Gate Each for Both the Inbound and Outbound Lanes to Provide the Imt With More Robust Access Control.
