Refining Cyberseek Cybersecurity Maps, Career Pathways, and Training Providerspurpose: There Is a Well-documented Shortage of Cybersecurity Experts. Cyberseek Is a Set of Interactive Tools That Helps Guide Employers, Job Seekers, Academic Institutions, Training Providers, Guidance Counselors, and Public Policy Makers in Understanding the Evolving Market for Cybersecurity Skills. the Purpose of This Project Is to Implement In-depth Refinements to Cyberseek to Allow Organizations to Better Understand Their Current and Future Cybersecurity Workforce Needs; as Result, Cyberseek Will Be Updated With More Current and Comprehensive Data, and Better Align to the Nice Strategic Plan and the Nice Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity.activities to Be Performed: the Proposed Project Covers the Further Refinement and Potential Expansion of the Cybersecurity Demand and Supply Map, Cybersecurity Career Pathways, and Cybersecurity Education and Training Provider Tool. in Addition to These Technical Upgrades, Comptia Will Devote Staff Time to Conducting Outreach, Representing Cyberseek Publicly, and Responding to Questions From Partners and Users.expected Outcomes: Success in This Project Will Result in Improved Analytics, Metrics, and Reporting on the Cybersecurity Workforce. Furthermore, Success Will Be Measured by Increase Use of the Tool. Comptia and Emsi Burning Glass Will Continue to Drive Utilization of Cyberseek, Pursuing an Aggregate Goal of 1.5 Million Unique Views During the Grant Period, and 4.5 Million in Total Since Launch. the Tool Will Aim to Provide Stakeholders With Real-time Information About the State of the Cybersecurity Workforce in Their Region.intended Beneficiaries: the Cyberseek Tool Is Intended to Be Used by Audiences Including: Employers, Job Seekers, Academic Institutions, Training Providers, Guidance Counselors, and Public Policy Makers.
