These Deliverables Are Used by Usda, Congress, and Agri-businesses to Evaluate New Market Developments and Policy Options That Affect Farm Commodity Markets, Farm Income, and Consumer Food Prices Relative to the Baseline, Such as Impacts of Trade Disputes or Agreements, Biofuel Policy, and Farm Bill Policy.
