The Purpose of This Grant Will Be to Provide Additional Capital for Washingtons Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund, Which Offers Low Interest Loans to Projects That Will Address the States Priority Water Quality Needs, in Accordance With Washington State Cwsrf Ranking and Scoring Criteria. Activities to Be Performed Include, Design and Build New Wastewater Treatment Infrastructure or Repair and Replace Existing Infrastructure, and the Repair or Replace Septic Systems. Anticipated Outputs Include the Number and Amount of Low Interest Loans Underwritten by the State Revolving Funds and the Initiation of Operations Upon Project Completion. Anticipated Outcomes Are the Protection or Restoration of Water Quality and Aquatic Habitat.
