Purpose: the Purpose of This Grant Is to Implement the Tennessee Digital Equity Plan Developed Pursuant to the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program. Activities to the Performed: the Proposed Project Activities Includes Serving All Covered Populations, Especially Rural Residents and Incarcerated Individuals With Digital Skills and Workforce Training Programs Through 47 Organizations Across the State, Providing Device Purchases for Covered Populations and Providing Telehealth Services. Expected Outcomes: the Proposed Award Will Use Capacity Grant Program Funding to Realize Its Vision for Digital Equity and to Implement Activities and Strategies Identified in the State Digital Equity Plan. the Proposed Projects Will Result in Better Access to Devices, Increased Economic and Workforce Development and Improved Foundational Digital Skills. Intended Beneficiaries: Residents of the State of Tennessee and Principally Unserved and Underserved Covered Populations Statewide.subrecipient Activities: the Recipient Does Plan to Subaward Funds. the Purpose Is for Implementing the De Plan Activities.
