Purpose: the Purpose of This Grant Is to Implement the Oklahoma Digital Equity Plan Developed Pursuant to the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program. Activities to the Performed: Proposed Project Activities Include Updating Oklahoma's Digital Equity Plan, Updating Oklahoma's Affordable Telecommunications Strategy (OATS) to Determine If Existing Subsidy Plans Exist in the State to Promote Programs and Distribution of Refurbished Devices. Expected Outcomes: the Proposed Award Will Use Capacity Grant Program Funding to Realize Its Vision for Digital Equity and to Implement Activities and Strategies Identified in the State Digital Equity Plan. the Proposed Projects Will Result in Better Access to Devices, and Improved Telehealth Services. Intended Beneficiaries: Residents of the State of Oklahoma and Principally Unserved and Underserved Covered Populations Statewide.subrecipient Activities: the Recipient Does Plan to Subaward Funds. the Purpose Is for Implementing the De Plan Activities.
