This Project Constructs a New 300 Foot Long by 150 Foot Wide Holding Bay Adjacent to Existing Parallel Taxiway at Runway 22 to Bring the Airport Into Conformity With Current Standards. This Project Constructs New Public-use Aircraft Wash Rack for Washing Aircraft at a Nonprimary Airport to Assist the Airport to Be as Self-sustaining as Possible by Generating Revenue. This Grant Funds Phase 1, Including the Preparation of Nepa Documentation. This Grant Funds the Preparation of Nepa Documentation. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With Culpeper, Virginia.
