Purpose: Otava Plans to Develop an Integrated RF (radio Frequency) Front-end for a Highly Effective Dual Band Concept Supporting FR3 (frequency Range) Deployments That Include Simultaneous Use of Both Bands Operating From Existing Tower Infrastructure. With the Help of Rutgers University, It Will Test Prototype Sub-array, Composed of Several Front-end Modules and Beamforming Ics (integrated Circuit) Which Will Demonstrate an Ability to Integrate With Service Operation Centers. Us 5G, 6G, and Other Radio Providers Will Benefit From This Development.activities to Be Performed: Otava Plans to Engage With Mobile Network Operators and Ru Equipment Suppliers and Explore the Options Available to Architect the Overall Antenna Array and Sub-arrays. Otava Will Design, Build and Test Two Spins of Ics for the Front-end Module and Beamformer. the Project Will Use Soi (signal Operating Instruction) for Most of the Front End Modulee Circuitry and Use Global Area Network for the Pa Output Stage. Expected Outcomes: the Approach Will Accelerate the Deployment of Commercial Radios for the Important FR3 Frequency Range and Give the Us a Leadership Position in Mobile Broadband Services.intended Beneficiaries: United States 5G and 6G Providers.subrecipient Activities: Winlab at Rutgers University Will Contribute to the Project by Conducting Antenna Testing Critical to the Success of the Project.

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
