Purpose: Conduct or Update Miscellaneous Study; Rehabilitate Runway Lighting; Rehabilitate Runway. Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Conducts a New Obstruction Survey to Identify Obstructions to the Existing Runway Approaches. This Project Rehabilitates 3,500 Feet of Runway 5/23 to Maintain the Structural Integrity of the Pavement and to Minimize Foreign Object Debris. This Project Rehabilitates the Existing Runway 5/23 Lighting System That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life and Requires Rehabilitation to Enhance Safe Airfield Operations During Low Visibility Conditions.
