This Grant Includes Funding by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to Increase the Federal Share to 100 Percent for the Airport Improvement Program (aip). Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Installs a New Runway 29 Precision Approach Path Indicator to Make the Airport More Accessible by Improving Approaches to the Runway End. This Project Installs New Runway 29 End Identifier Lights to Make the Airport More Accessible by Improving Approaches to the Runway Ends. This Project Installs New Airfield Guidance Sign Fixtures to Meet Current Federal Aviation Administration Design Standards to Enhance Visual Guidance of Aircraft. This Project Shifts Runway 29 From Its Current Airfield Location to the West to Eliminate a Complex Intersection. This Grant Funds the Design Phase. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With Pendleton, Oregon.
