Purpose: Acquire Snow Removal Equipment; Rehabilitate Runway Lighting. This Grant Includes Funding by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to Increase the Federal Share to 100 Percent for the Airport Improvement Program (aip). Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Acquires a Replacement Truck With Plow to Keep the Airport Serviceable During Snow Periods and Aid in the Efficiency and Safety of Operations. This Project Rehabilitates 4,504 Feet of the Existing Runway 9/27 Lighting System That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life and Requires Rehabilitation to Enhance Safe Airfield Operations During Low Visibility Conditions. This Grant Funds the Final Phase, Which Includes Construction. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With Ottawa, Ohio.
