Purpose: Seal Apron Pavement Surface/pavement Joints; Seal Taxiway Pavement Surface/pavement Joints; Seal Runway Pavement Surface/pavement Joints; Conduct Airport Related Environmental Assessment/plan/study; Seal Access Road Pavement Surface/pavement Joints. This Grant Includes Funding by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to Increase the Federal Share to 100 Percent for the Airport Improvement Program (aip). Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Conducts an Environmental Study on the Impacts of the Proposed Taxiway and Apron Identified on the Airport's Layout Plan and Five-year Capital Improvement Plan. This Project Performs Sealing to 16,730 Square Yards of the Existing North Apron Surface to Extend the Pavement's Useful Life. This Project Performs Sealing to 2,400 Feet of the Existing North Access Road to Extend the Pavement's Useful Life. This Project Performs Sealing to 3,700 Feet of the Existing Runway 8/26 Surface to Extend the Pavement's Useful Life. This Project Performs Sealing to 340 Feet of the Existing Taxiway a and B Surfaces to Extend the Pavement's Useful Lives. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With Kenmare, North Dakota.
