Purpose: Reconstruct Runway Lighting; Reconstruct Taxiway Lighting; Reconstruct Taxilane; Install Airfield Guidance Signs; Reconstruct Taxiway; Reconstruct Apron Lighting; Reconstruct Runway; Reconstruct Apron; Install Runway Vertical/visual Guidance System; Construct Taxilane; Expand Apron; Install Miscellaneous Navaids. This Grant Includes Funding by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to Increase the Federal Share to 100 Percent for the Airport Improvement Program (aip). Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Constructs a 340 Foot Taxilane to Connect a New Parking Apron to a Hangar Area. This Project Expands the Existing General Aviation Apron to 600 Square Yards to Meet Federal Aviation Administration Design Standards. This Project Installs Replacement Airfield Guidance Sign Fixtures to Meet Current Federal Aviation Administration Design Standards to Enhance Visual Guidance of Aircraft. . This Project Reconstructs 4,000 Feet of the Existing Runway 17/35 Pavement That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Project Reconstructs 435 Square Yards of the Existing General Aviation Apron Pavement That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Project Reconstructs 700 Feet of the Existing Taxilane Pavement That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Project Reconstructs 975 Feet of the Existing Taxiway a Pavement That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Project Reconstructs the Taxiway a Lighting System That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life and Requires Reconstruction to Meet Federal Aviation Administration Standards. This Project Reconstructs the Existing Runway 17/35 Lighting System That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life and Requires Reconstruction to Meet Federal Aviation Administration Standards. This Project Reconstructs the Existing General Aviation Apron Lighting That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Grant Funds the Design Phase. This Project Installs a Replacement Wind Cone Navigational Aid to Improve Safety and Provide Pilots With Critical Airfield Information. This Project Installs Replacement Runway 17/35 Precision Approach Path Indicators to Make the Airport More Accessible by Improving Approaches to the Runway Ends. This Grant Funds the Design Phase. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With Townsend, Montana.
