Purpose: Acquire Easements/land for Approaches; Reconstruct Runway. Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Acquires 4.28 Acres of Land and 4 Easements to Protect the Approaches to Runway 13/31, on the Runway 31 End, to Bring the Airport Into Conformity With Current Standards. This Project Reconstructs 7,500 Feet of Existing Paved Runway 13/31 Shoulders That Have Reached the End of Their Useful Lives. This Grant Funds Phase 2, Which Consists of Design and Agis Survey. This Grant Funds the Final Phase, Which Consists of Land and Easement Acquisition. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With ST. Cloud, Minnesota.
