Purpose: Expand Terminal Building; Improve/modify/rehabilitate Terminal Building. This Grant Includes Funding by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to Increase the Federal Share to 100 Percent for the Airport Improvement Program (aip). Activities to Be Performed/expected Outcomes: This Project Expands the Terminal Building to 65,500 Square Feet to Enable Efficient Movement of Passengers and Baggage. . This Project Rehabilitates the Existing Terminal Building Passenger Holding, Restroom, Concession and Security Areas to Improve Passenger Throughput and to Meet Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards. This Grant Funds the First Phase, Which Includes Design and Rehabilitation of the Restroom and Security Areas. This Grant Funds the Third Phase, Which Includes 11,150 Square Feet of Terminal Expansion. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated With Montrose, Colorado.
