The Purpose of This Agreement Is to Conduct Monitoring of Pre- and Post-restoration Conditions in Roaring Creek (wria 46), Scheduled for STAGE-0 Restoration. the Cooperator Will Provide Information on Habitat and Fish Population Changes in Response to Restoration. This Monitoring and Documentation of Findings Will Inform the Relative Efficacy of the Restoration Effort. Deliverables Will Include Reporting of Results, White Papers, Possibly Peer-reviewed Publications, and Presentations at Local, Regional, and National Meetings. These Results Will Benefit Both Parties by Lending Possible Validation to the Effectiveness of Their Restoration Effort.
