This Agreement Will Use Youth Crews to Perform Priority Work on the Malheur National Forest in Oregon. Work Will Include the Layout of Timber Sale Unit Boundaries, Maintaining Campgrounds and Hiking Trails, Fuels Reduction, Forest Stocking, Regeneration Surveys and Plantings, Assisting in Riparian Hardwood Planting, Maintaining Rangeland Fences, and More. Youth Crews Will Be Employees of the Partner and Work With No Expectation of Continued Federal Employment. All Work Will Be Completed by February 1, 2031. Funds Will Be Used for Salaries and Supplies. This Agreement Supports the Agency Priority of Public Safety and Access to Recreation Opportunities.
