This Agreement Supports Active Management Objectives Through the Invasive Species Management Program on the Fremontwinema National Forest in Oregon. Both Parties Operate Under Mandatory Federal Direction for Invasive Species Prevention, Detection, Control, Management, and Post-treatment Restoration. This Partnership Enables Coordinated Action Across Landownerships to Control and Prevent the Spread of Noxious Weeds.the Partner Will Treat Known Invasive-plant Populations, Monitor Treatment Effectiveness, and Document New Infestations. Over 1,191 Acres Will Be Surveyed and Treated on Fire Impacted Landscapes on the Chiloquin and Bly Districts. Priority Treatment Areas Include Timber-sale Units, Fuels-reduction Project Areas, Rangelands, Other Planned-disturbance Sites, and Locations Identified as High Priority in Forest Work Plans and the Fremontwinema National Forest Invasive Plant Treatment.
