This Project Is to Perform Trail Maintenance, Reconstruction, and Deferred Maintenance on Trails Located on the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. the Partner Leverages Their Relationships With Other Organizations and Groups to Organize and Train Volunteers to Perform Trail Work. They Are a Coalition That Promotes Collaborative Partnership Building for Cooperative Project Work and Volunteerism Associated With the Operation and Maintenance of Trails on National Forest System (NFS) Lands Throughout the State of Idaho. This Agreement Will Help Fund Trail Work Over Three Field Seasons on the Following Districts and Trails: Sandpoint Ranger District: Moose Lake, Lake Estelle, Deer Creek, Blacktail Lake, Fault Lake, and Chimney Rock Priest Lake Ranger District: Lakeshore, Navigation, Upper Priest Lake, and Upper Priest River Bonners Ferry Ranger District: Timber Mountain and East Fork Boulder Creek Coeur D'alene River Ranger District: Coeur D'alene River National River Trail (NRT), English Point NRT'S, and Settlers Cedar Grove ST. Joe Ranger District: the ST. Joe River Trail System, Bacon Loop, and the Mallard Larkin Trail System. in December 2025 There Were Massive Storms and Wind Events That Almost Completely Obliterated Trails in Some Locations, So This Partnership Will Dramatically Increase the Amount of Trail Maintenance the Idaho Panhandle Is Able to Accomplish in the Next Three Seasons.
