The Proposed Project Will Support Closing the Digital Equity Gap and the Development of a Statewide Digital Equity Plan. the Proposed Project Includes the Following Activities to Support Plan Development. to Create the Plan, the Michigan High-speed Internet (MIHI) Office Will; Identify Barriers; Define Measurable Objectives; Assess Impact; Plan Collaboration; Develop a Vision; Assess Needs; Develop an Implementation Strategy; and Establish Partnerships, Timelines, and Plan for the Use of Sdepg Funding and Meet All Statutory and Other Requirements of the Sdepg Program. the Proposed Project Will Result in the Development of a Robust State Digital Equity Plan That Will Benefit the State of Michigan and Principally Unserved and Underserved Covered Populations Statewide. the Recipient Does Not Plan to Subaward Funds.
