This Agreement Supports the Development of a Preferred Replacement Alternative for the Eagle Creek Staircase and Creates a Foundation for Shared Governance Between State and Federal Agencies, Collaborative Partnerships and Innovative Financing for the Staircase and Other Recreation Related Assets in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. This Work Will Increase the Usability of the Area by Promoting Community Engagement, Collaboration, and Cost Sharing Across Stakeholders That Share Interests and Priorities With the U.s.
