Purpose of of the Project - the Vetworks Platform Is Designed to Be a Coordinated Digital Hub That Streamlines the Transition of Veterans Experiencing or at Risk of Homelessness Into Sustainable, High-quality Careers. by Integrating Ai-driven Skills Mapping, VR Xr-based Job Assessments, Personalized Career Pathways, and Comprehensive Case Management, Vetworks Ensures That Veterans Can Seamlessly Translate Their Military Experience Into Civilian Job Opportunities in Industries Such as Clean Energy, Manufacturing, and Skilled Trades.the Platform Also Serves as a Centralized Coordination System, Bridging the Gap Between Veterans, Employers, Workforce Agencies, Training Providers, and Support Services to Eliminate Inefficiencies in the Current Fragmented System. It Ensures Real-time Tracking of Employment Progress, Connects Veterans With Wraparound Services (housing, Mental Health, Financial Assistance, Etc.), and Supports Employer Engagement Through Veteran Hiring Incentives and Tax Credits. Activities to Be Funded by the Grant 1. Launch Multi-channel Marketing Campaign Targeting Veteran Organizations, Shelters, and Workforce Agencies, Including the Dods SKILLBRIDGE.2. Establish Partnerships With Va, Community Colleges, and EMPLOYERS.3. Appoint or Recruit Veteran Peer Ambassadors to Encourage ENGAGEMENT.4. Implement Digital Intake System for Seamless Enrollment. 5. Deploy Ai-driven Military-to-civilian Skill MAPPING.6. Assign Case Managers to Each Veteran for Personalized Career PLANNING.7. Develop Real-time Data Tracking and Reporting for Dol Vets COMPLIANCE.8. Launch Industry-aligned Training Programs With Community Colleges and Employers. 9. Expand VR Xr-based Hands-on Assessments to Simulate Real Work ENVIRONMENTS.10. Establish Apprenticeships, Internships, and Work-based Learning OPPORTUNITIES.11.
