It Also Allows Improved Technological Capacity to Meet Workers Needed Skills, Through Existing Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAPS) and Journey Worker Training Improvements. the Programs Participants Will Receive Sought-after Electrical Trade Skills, Including Emerging Alternative Energy System Focuses Such as Wind, Solar, and Ev Charging Stations and Advanced Manufacturing. Electrical Contractors Will Receive a Highly Skilled Worker Pipeline. the Electrical Contractors Will Provide Electrical On-the-job Training to Apprentices at Respective Work Sites. Workers Families Will Benefit From the Worc Funding Through Sustainable Family Wages and Health Insurance. Subrecipient Activities.the Recipient Does Not Intend to Subaward Funds.
