Program Purpose Award Purpose: the Purpose of 2023 Quest Disaster Recovery DWGS Is to Enhance the Public Workforce Systems Ongoing Efforts to Empower Americas Unemployed and Underemployed Workers Through Worker and Business Engagement, Elevate Equity, and Connect Jobseekers With High-quality Jobs. Activities to Be Performed: Employment and Training Activities Will Include Career Counseling, Virtual and Traditional Occupational Skills Training, On-the-job Training, and Registered Apprenticeships.
