Catholic Charities Usa Proposes to Have Fifteen Americorps Members Who Will Provide Health Care Outreach to Low-income Individuals in Jefferson City, Mo; Fall River, Ma; Tulsa, Ok; Washington, DC; Portland, or; Spokane, Wa; Austin, TX; Yakima, Wa; Detroit, Mi; Reno, NV; San Diego, Ca; Baltimore, MD. at the End of the First Program Year, the Americorps Members Will Be Responsible for Providing 2,000 Individuals With Health Care Outreach. in Addition, the Americorps Members Will Leverage 200 Volunteers Who Will Be Engaged in Assisting in Health Care Outreach and Help the Member Fulfill the Client's Care Plan. After Their Year of Service, Fifteen Americorps Members Will Pursue Future Engagement in the Public Health Sector.
