Dequeen-mena Educational Cooperative Provides Services to Twelve School Districts in Five Counties and Guy Fenter Educational Cooperative Provides Services to Twenty-two School Districts in Six Counties. Western Arkansas Foster Grandparent Program Places Men and Women, 55 Years and Older, in Schools, Head Starts, Developmental Facilities, and Pre-schools in These Eleven Counties in Western Arkansas. These Men and Women Work 15 to 40 Hours Per Week, Tutoring and Mentoring Children With Special Needs.
