After Nearly 3 Years of Running the FGP Program in Anne Arundel County, We Are Certain That We Can Successfully Continue to Run the Program in the Future. Our Goal for This New Grant Cycle Is to Recruit 40+ Foster Grandparents to Serve Directly Within Various Site Locations and Virtually. Their Activities Will Include Tutoring, Reading, and Supporting Youth on a One-on-one Basis to Assist Them in Their Education. the Primary Focus Area of This Project Is Education. at the End of the Three-year Grant, Each Student Served Will Have Increased Positive Attitudes Towards Education and School and Have Increased Metrics in Academic Performance.
