Senior Companion Program Volunteers Will Serve 61 Vsys, Placed in National Performance Measure Outcome Assignments. the Primary Focus Area of This Project Is Healthy Futures. at the End of the Three-year Grant, 85% of the 302 Homebound Older Adults and Individuals With Disabilities Served by Senior Companions Will Report Having Increased Social Ties/perceived Support as Confirmed by the Completed Annual Senior Companion Program Independent Living Performance Measure Survey. the Americorps Federal Investment of $385,924 Will Be Supplemented by $43,400 of Non-federal Funds If Resources Are Available.
