Some of Their Activities Will Include: Companionship, Nutrition, Social/recreation, Information and Advocacy, Transportation and Respite. the Primary Focus Area of This Project Is Healthy Futures. at the End of the Three-year Grant the 175 Homebound Clients Will Be Able to Remain in Their Homes, in Part Due to the Service Provided by the Senior Companion Program. the CNCS Federal Investment of $106,516 Will Be Supplemented by $186,103 From Osa and $33,500 In-kind.
