The Interfaith Community Services (ICS) Proposed RSVP Program Will Recruit or Retain 140 Volunteers Annually Who Will Be Placed in Assignments That Lead to CNCS National Performance Outcomes. the Primary Focus Area of This Project Is Healthy Futures, Aging in Place. RSVP Volunteer Activities Will Include Transportation Assistance, In-home Support and Assessment, Meal Delivery, and Social Support, Helping 740 Unduplicated Seniors And/or Adults With Disabilities by Year Three. Anticipated Outcomes by Year Three Are: 70% of Those Receiving RSVP Volunteer Services Will Report Increased Social Support; 75% of Those Receiving RSVP Services Will Report Improved Capacity for Independent Living; and 85% of Those Receiving Home Delivered Meals Will Report Increased Food Security. the CNCS Federal Investment of $140,004 Will Be Supplemented by $131,227 in Non-federal Match, Exceeding the 30% Requirement.
