An Estimated 240 RSVP Volunteers Will Serve in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. They Will Tutor Children at Public Schools, Help Individuals With Disabilities Including Veterans by Providing Transportation and Food Delivery, and Serve at Thrift Stores and Local Schools Through a Network of 11 Stations Such as School District of Waukesha County, School District of Menomonee Falls, Salvation Army, and the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Waukesha County. the Primary Focus Area of This Project Is Education. the Project Also Addresses the CNCS Funding Priority of Education -- Intergenerational Programming. at the End of the Three-year Grant, 475 Students Will Have Increased Academic Performance in Literacy And/or Math and 11 Nonprofit Organizations Will Have Assistance With Identified Community Priorities. the CNCS Federal Investment of $89,200 Will Be Supplemented by $57,930.
