Some of Their Activities Will Include Home Delivered Meal Delivery, Medicare Counseling, Telephone Reassurance, and Health and Wellness Program Instruction. the Primary Focus Area of the Project Is Healthy Futures. at the End of the Three-year Grant, Homebound Individuals Will Report Increased Social Support, Beneficiaries Will Receive the Information Necessary to Access Their Health Care Benefits, and People Will Participate in Evidence-based Health and Wellness Programs. Additionally, RSVP Volunteers Will Receive Training on Opioid Abuse Prevention as Well as Fraud Prevention to Enhance the Services Provided. the CNCS Federal Investment of $55,422 Will Be Supplemented by $9,399 in Match Resources.
