Some of Their Activities Will Include Food Delivery, Transportation, and Companionship for Older Adults and Individuals With Disabilities; Distributing Information on Health Insurance, Health Care Access, and Health Benefits Programs; Supporting Food Pantries; and Tutoring K-12 Students. the Primary Focus Area of This Project Is Healthy Futures. at the End of the Three Year Grant, Outcomes Will Focus on Older Adults and Individuals With Disabilities Increasing Social Ties/perceived Social Support and Individuals Increasing Food Security. the CNCS Federal Investment of $47,907 Will Be Supplemented by $37,508.
