Texas Health and Human Services' Mission Is to Improve the Health, Safety and Well-being of Texans With Good Stewardship of Public Resources. the Vision Is to Make a Difference in the Lives of the People We Serve. the Proposed Vista Project Aligns With the Healthy Futures Focus Area. the Vista Project Will Seek to Encourage Older Adults to Age and Live Well by Creating Opportunities to Be Healthy, Be Connected and Be Informed. the Project Will Benefit Older Texans Who Are Low Income. Eight Vista Members and One Vista Leader Will Contribute to the Goals of the Project by Performing Activities Such as Identifying and Developing New Partners, Supporting the Growth and Development of Aaa Health and Wellness Activities, and Creating Awareness of the Age Well Live Well Campaign Over the Course of 3 Years of the Project.
